1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using Mini • Chat Topic Trail on iOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.

Mini • Chat Topic Trail is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

Mini • Chat Topic Trail provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Screens, copy and file formats may be revised to fix defects or to follow App Store rules.

Your content

You keep rights in content you create. You grant a limited licence to process that content on-device so the app can display, index, export or delete it at your request. That licence ends when the content is deleted from the live store, except for copies you exported yourself.

Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
